April Hamud, a Certified Management Consultant (CMC®) and Senior Project Manager at HF&H Consultants, has assisted dozens of clients to help them in achieving their solid waste and recycling program goals.

Since 2011, April’s experience includes conducting solid waste and recycling contract procurements, contract negotiations, grant management, and solid waste rate studies.  April has developed tonnage projections and financial models for the operation of county-wide disposal systems. April has assisted clients in managing their solid waste franchise agreements, providing AB 939/SB 1383 compliance and diversion monitoring, and program implementation services.

As a Certified Management Consultant, April adheres to the IMC USA Code of Ethics to ensure each client receives high quality, professional, and ethical consulting services.
